On a lovely Saturday afternoon on the 15th of October, the Fatbois embarked on the Bergen County Food Truck & Music Carnival in Lyndhurst, New Jersey. Our first treats of the day were mini donuts from Glazed & Confused. 
Jess opted for the S’mores mini donuts smothered in marshmallow sauce, graham crackers, and a chocolate glaze. Christie had the Cookies & Cream, covered in Oreo crumbs, vanilla glaze, chocolate glaze, and powdered sugar. 
The power move of the day easily goes to Jess, for ordering the Super Hot Dog from Callahan’s, which was easily over a foot long. 
With sauerkraut and sweet onion sauce, the dog posed quite the challenge, but Jess crushed it with ease. 
Christie chose to go with a Mac and Cheese Grilled Cheese from Cheezen. 
The sandwich packed in plenty of macaroni in between two slices of bread, covered in fontina cheese. Our food journey ended with a shared plate of Crab Poutine from The Angry Crab. 
The crunchy well done fries were the perfect vehicle to transport large pieces of lump crab meat to our waiting mouths. The sriracha aioli provided a nice kick to the sweet crab meat.
