When people visit Las Vegas, they aren’t looking for words like “moderation,” and that’s where Sugar Factory comes into play. I was invited to try some of their menu items to share with my foodie fun loving friends–Girls on Food readers! This gorgeous flagship store recently opened on the Las Vegas Strip at Fashion Show Mall, featuring the luxe Chocolate Lounge upstairs and a beautiful dining room downstairs, complete with a great patio space.

Don’t worry, I’ll get to the decadent drinks and desserts, but let’s start with an appetizer, shall we? The Fried Macaroni & Cheese Pops are incredible. Homemade macaroni and cheese is battered, deep fried, and served on a stick with a creamy tomato-herb sauce. If you like macaroni and cheese, don’t miss this appetizer! The creamy tomato sauce will make you think of grilled cheese and tomato soup… except this is way better!
Fried and cheesy not your thing? Sorry, we can’t be friends. JK, JK. Sugar Factory’s Mediterranean Salad is just one of the many salads they offer, and this one is no joke! Romaine hearts, cucumber, onions, tomatoes, olives, and of course feta are chopped and tossed in their house-made lemon herb vinaigrette. As much as I love fried and cheesy myself, I equally adore salads. The vinaigrette is wonderful and I love the texture of the salad, as everything is finely chopped. You can enjoy this with chicken or shrimp added, but it can definitely hold its own.
Wanting something over the top that you can post on social media to make all your friends jealous? Still thinking about that homemade mac and cheese? Want something heartier than a salad? The Big Cheesy has you covered on all three counts. This mammoth grass-fed Angus burger is SMOTHERED with creamy mac and cheese, bacon, bbq sauce, and is served with fries on a toasted brioche bun. (By the way, don’t tell my granny, but this mac and cheese rivals hers!!)
Sugar Factory offers a variety of amazing cocktails, including the Sour Apple Lolly. This sour apple martini is garnished with a lollipop and rimmed with bubble gum flavored Pop Rocks candy.
Sugar Factory is known for their signature 60 oz goblet drinks (non-alcoholic versions are available). I tried the Lollipop Passion which includes Midori, Malibu Rum, and pineapple, and is garnished with colorful lollipops and a candy necklace. As if it weren’t already fun, dry ice is added for an incredible effect.
The food and cocktails were all incredible, but what would a place called “Sugar Factory” be without dessert? A section of their vast menu is dedicated to “INSANE MILKSHAKES,” and there really is no other way to describe these sweet masterpieces. Guys, when this milkshake was brought out to my table, people at other tables took pictures of it. That’s how insane these milkshakes are!
The Caramel Sugar Daddy Cheesecake is blended with cheesecake and ice cream, and then topped with a slice of cheesecake, and garnished with a Sugar Daddy candy and a rainbow lollipop. Oh, and it’s served in a chocolate covered mug, and everything is drizzled with caramel. I am clutching that candy necklace as if it were pearls, just thinking about it.
This is just a fraction of all the amazing food and drink options you’ll find at The Sugar Factory. The atmosphere is fun and the location is perfect for people watching and taking a break from shopping and sightseeing. A big thank you to Sugar Factory for their hospitality… and for inventing these milkshakes and goblet drinks!
